🥓Heat the oven to 375F and spread slices of thick cut bacon on a parchment lined baking sheet. (Parchment paper will keep the sugar from sticking to the pan.)
🥓Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked about halfway through. Remove from the oven, and flip each slice over.
🥓Sprinkle with brown sugar and 10 good cracks of black pepper. Return to the oven and bake until the sugar has caramelized and the bacon is crispy! (the bacon may be darker than usual, but it isn’t burnt! It’s just that good caramel-y sugar!)
🥓 Spread the slices out on a fresh sheet of parchment to cool, and serve! (do not drain on paper towels until cooled- the hot sugar will stick!)
