Banana + Peanut Butter Green Smoothie

Easy Green Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe
Your morning smoothie just got better-- with a nutritional boost from spinach and an energy boost from your old pal, peanut butter!

This incredibly delicious smoothie is perfect for those of you who, like me, are a little bashful when it comes to drinking things that are green. My friend Angie made me this amazing spinach-banana-peanut-butter smoothie back when I was really scared of green drinks, and opened all kinds of beverage doors for me! Baby steps. So whether you’re bashful or not, you’re sure to enjoy this smooth, energy boosting smoothie.

I am a strong believer in using frozen fruit in smoothies instead of ice. More fruits, more flavor! But mostly, it keeps the texture of the smoothie thick and creamy. Try it!

I’m all for quick morning smoothie recipes, and I love the idea of sneaking spinach in a smoothie. The peanut butter really does a great job of “hiding” it! Thank you for your inspiration Kiya!

YES the peanut butter really works wonders, doesn’t it?? I don’t really like to taste the greens in my drink, so it works out great! I hope you’ll enjoy it!
