Easy Oven-Roasted Broccoli

Servings: 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli cut into florets, and broccoli stems peeled and sliced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp black pepper and/or any seasoning you like!
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh lemon wedges for serving optional

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 425F with the rack in the center position.
  • On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss the broccoli with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange in an even layer, and roast 25-30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  • Serve right away with a squeeze of lemon!
