Easy Oven-Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli cut into florets, and broccoli stems peeled and sliced
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper and/or any seasoning you like!
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- fresh lemon wedges for serving optional
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 425F with the rack in the center position.
- On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss the broccoli with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange in an even layer, and roast 25-30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Serve right away with a squeeze of lemon!
