⚡️½ cup low fat coconut milk
⚡️¾ cup nut milk (I used almond milk)
⚡️2 tsp sugar
⚡️4 tsp grated fresh turmeric (or 1 tsp ground turmeric)
⚡️1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp ground ginger)
⚡️⅛ tsp chinese 5 spice, nutmeg, or cardamom
⚡️Pinch kosher salt
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and let steep 5 minutes.
Strain into a mug through a fine mesh sieve and enjoy!
