Gurkensalat! (German Cucumber Salad)

German Cucumber Salad Gurkensalat

There’s nothing quite like its refreshing, satisfying flavor and texture; so much so that and you may find yourself making a batch just to have on hand, waiting faithfully in the refrigerator, for the crucial moment that you need a perfect snack.
