💥Scrub a 2 inch piece of turmeric root and a 1 inch knot ginger with a vegetable brush under warm running water. Add to a food processor along with 1 large peeled clove of garlic. Pulse together to chop well.
💥Add 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/8 of a tsp of cayenne pepper to the mix and process to combine.
💥Set a fine mesh sieve over a glass and strain, pressing out all of the liquid goodness with a spoon.
💥Sip slowly after a meal with a full glass of water!
