Make-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar

I used Tajin Clasico Seasoning (not sponsored), a Mexican seasoning blend of dried chili peppers and dehydrated lime juice. If you like, you can replace the tajin with a blend of chili powder, aleppo pepper if you have it, and lemon and/or lime zest.
Course: brunch, cocktails
Servings: 5 cocktails

Ingredients

For the Bloody Mary Pitcher:

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tsp Hot sauce, (I like tapatio)
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive juice
  • 3 cups chilled tomato juice
  • 1.5 cups chilled vodka
  • 1 tsp tajin
  • 1/4 tsp salt,
  • ice

For the Make-Your-Own Bar:

  • tajin
  • celery
  • olives
  • scallions,
  • pepperoncinis
  • pickles
  • prepared bacon
  • Hot sauce,
  • skewers
  • straws
  • glasses
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Rim the Glasses + Set Up the Bar: Use a lemon or lime wedge to moisten the rim of each glass. In a shallow dish wide enough for the glass, add 1 + 1/2 tbsp of Tajin. Turn and roll the rims in the tajin to coat well, and set out on the Bloody Mary Bar. Add dishes of garnishes and seasonings, along with straws, ice cubes, and skewers to the display.
  • Make the Bloody Mary Pitcher: In a pitcher, combine the lemon juice, lime juice, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, ground black pepper, olive juice, chilled tomato juice, chilled vodka, tajin, and salt, and stir well to combine. Add ice to the pitcher if you like, or keep refrigerated.
  • Add the pitcher to the bar and have fun assembling your cocktail!
