Whipped Cream

Whipped cream can also be made by hand with a whisk if you want to work on your muscles! Add vanilla bean for delicious flavor, and maybe scoop into a piping bag with a wide decorative tip for a fancy look.
Servings: 1 Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Chill the bowl of an electric mixer and beaters in the freezer for 10 minutes. Add the cream and sugar to the bowl and whip on medium-high speed until the cream just forms stiff peaks. Serve right away, or store in the refrigerator for up to 10 hours.
