Harissa + Sundried Tomato Eyeballs
Servings: 4 mini cheeseballs
- ΒΌ of the whipped cheese mixture
- 2 tsp dry harissa
- 5 tbsp minced sun-dried tomato
- black olive slices
On a small plate, mix together 1.5 tsp of the harissa and 4 tbsp of the minced sundried tomatoes for coating.
Stir the remaining harissa and sun-dried tomato into the whipped cheese, and divide the mixture into 4 parts.
Form each part into a ball and coat the outside of the ball in the prepared harissa and sun-dried tomato mixture.
Press a black olive slice into the surface of the cheeseball for an eyeball look!
