Lemon Poppyseed Eyeballs
Servings: 4 mini cheeseballs
- ¼ of the whipped cheese mixture
- 2-3 tbsp poppy seeds + ½ tsp more
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp honey
- Yellow bell pepper slivers
Pour 2-3 tbsp of poppy seeds on a small plate for coating.
Stir the remaining ½ tsp poppy seeds, lemon zest, and honey into the whipped cheese, and divide the mixture into 4 parts.
Form each part into a ball and coat the outside of the ball in the poppy seeds.
Press a yellow bell pepper sliver into the surface of the cheeseball for an eyeball look!
