Tarragon Dressing

lightly packed tarragon leaves

unpacked parsley leaves

salt
black pepper to taste

white wine vinegar

tbsp
lemon juice

honey

+ 2 tbsp olive oil

dijon mustard
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until the tarragon and parsley leaves are well blended and the dressing is emulsified. Serve right away, or store in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
