Please egg-scuse the egg-cessive use of puns on these free printable Easter treat bag toppers– and if you don’t like puns, you may want to avert your eyes!
I for one can’t get enough eye rolling puns in my life, and Easter-related words are a GOLD MINE for punning! Literally any word that starts with “ex-” can become egg, and there are more “ex-” words than you think!
I put a lot of dorky energy into the puns on these toppers, and I hope they make you giggle, or, make you groan. Maybe a bit of both.

Easter Treat Bag Topper Construction
So once you get your super awesome email with your free printables, you can download the PDFs, or print right from the page!
I recommend downloading either way just so you have the files saved for the future (ya know, like for next Easter!)
Printed Topper Size
The toppers in the printable PDF are 5 inches wide, and are designed for bags with a 5 inch wide opening. (I got my bags, candies, blue Easter grass and green Easter grass at Target!)
However, if you have 3 or 4 inch bags, you should be able to adjust the scale of the image before you print to make the labels smaller.
Printing Paper Selection
When you’re ready to print, you can of course use regular printer paper, but a heavier paper like a light card stock or photo paper looks extra good!
A slightly denser paper will also help support a the weight of the candy in the bag a little better.
Construction
When your treat bag toppers have been printed, cut out the toppers along the thin grey lines. Then, fold the toppers in half width wise.
Fill your treat bags with goodies galore, fold over the top once or twice, slide on the topper, and staple once on each side to secure.
